New Swing Set

We splurged and got a swing set for the backyard.  It is a bit  more massive than we had anticipated, but so far the kiddos like it.  They will definitely be able to grow into it.  Here are some pics:

New Job!!

Most of my posts are usually for the kiddos, but I have some exciting news for me!  I have a new job :)

I am very excited to be going to Slalom as their Comp and Ben Manager. 

I have another week to wrap everything up at Fisher and the grand finale on my last day is that I am volunteering for the Children's Hospital Telethon - so if you are watching KOMO next Friday you may see me answering phones from 8-9 pm.

I do get to take off one week in between jobs so I plan on relaxing and maybe doing a little shopping.

Bath

After a rough few weeks of Parker falling in the tub and taking a trip to the emergency room (she ended up being totally fine) and then basically screaming every single bath, we had a successful bath night with no tears! Woot woot!

100

I finally finished the 100 slideshow DVD copies. Wow that was a commitment. I had a lot of fun taking the pictures and compiling the slideshow. Copying 100 DVDs and printing and attaching the labels was hard! Happy with the result though and excited for the auction.

Random Happenings

We have been busy the last couple weeks.  Chloe started a class at the children's theater on Saturday mornings, both kiddos have been to quite a few birthday parties.  Thanks to our favorite babysitter Colleen, RJ and I went out Saturday night to celebrate his birthday and had a very fun time!  We also had a day after celebration with RJ's brother and his family which was fun as well.  Lots of cousin playing time.

At the end of those shots are of my first ever cake pops - they tasted better than they look.  Hopefully they will look nicer for the upcoming auction that I am making them for.

Oh, and we've gone a little crazy on new apple products - this past month we have purchased a new iPad and I got a new iPhone.  fun times!
