Updates

Many things happening this week!  Tile, hardwoods, brick trim complete on one side of the house.  Paint, attic access, handrail

Paint paint and more paint

We have painted for three days now.  Tired of painting.  But progress has been made!  Also hand rail is partially done and tile is on the floor.  Medicine cabinets went in yesterday 

Primer and tile

Walls are primed everywhere.  The tile guy has started.  No actual tile yet but all is prepped and heated tile wire has been laid.  

Latest update

Walls are done other than priming which will be Monday.  I painted the bathroom yesterday so that room is ready fir the tiler this week.  We should have done good updates this week.  

Monday - lots of progress!!!

Outside paint is done, looks great!  Good progress on the drywall.  We also got a new water heater today (not part of the original project) but why not spend more money right????  The also fixed konas mishap from Friday.  

Shopping

I spent the bulk of the day buying tile, hardware, etc.  the bulk of my shopping is now done!!!  We start painting the interior next weekend.  Here are pics of the paint and a bit of kona doing damage on the new drywall :(

More siding complete, vent for bathroom fan vented.  Insulators will work on Wednesday, dry walling starts Thursday
