Good progress to end the week

Siding was started, part of frame for post was done, insulation under covered porch in,

All windows in, rough in electrical and plumbing done.  

Electrical notes after day 1

Plumbing half way done!!!!

The waste and venting pipes and hot/cold supply successfully made it up to the new bathroom!!!!!  He will finish the rough in plumbing tomorrow.  

Prepping for rough in plumbing and hvac

Plumber will do rough in this week as well as hvac.  Electrical rough in starts next week.  Fingers crossed windows go in this week that will be cool to see. We now have a few new holes to be able to route the plumbing.  Also roof for back door built which looks good.  Bathtub and shower pan arrived today!!!!

We will have a roof over the back door which will be very cool.  I think windows are going in this week!

Roof almost done!!!

The plywood was laid yesterday and the roofer comes this afternoon to lay down the weather proof layer so the roof will be dry.  Exciting big step and then next week hopefully walls are done, building is wrapped and windows will go in.

No more rain!

We still have a tarp and we had some rain this weekend.  On Friday they prepared for putting the trusses up but was not able to start as they did not have enough people.  

They were able to get the inspection done for the exterior walls and the structural tie downs.  

The weather looks good this whole week so they should make great progress to get us dried in which is what we need!

They successfully delivered the roof system today.  They did not install any pieces today but should tomorrow.  

Framing pretty much done

All the wood framing pretty much done and the roof trusses arrive tomorrow. It will be very exciting that we are closer to having a full roof again!!
